What it can do

FigCraft is the storytold / ArtCraft interface design app aimed at Figma workflows. It includes frames, auto layout, components, variables and prototypes.

Check file compatibility with a copy before editing original documents.

What is not ready

The app is early alpha. Figma .fig import is best effort, multiplayer is a preview, and its own WebAssembly plug-ins are not Figma plug-ins.

How to install

Choose the current package and follow the official installation instructions for your system. Signing and system requirements vary by app and release; check the actual file and any operating-system warning.

The official page lists these computers: macOS, Windows, Linux, FreeBSD, Web. If that page says something else, trust the official page.

ArtCraft recommends its launcher when you want one place to install and update these apps.

The official ArtCraft site is getartcraft.com. Find its app repositories under storytold on GitHub.

Are the Craft apps free?

The developers describe the Crafting Apps as free and open source. The 13 apps use MIT OR Apache-2.0 for code; bundled assets and branding have separate terms.

How can I check a download for safety?

Can FigCraft open Figma files?

FigCraft imports .fig files on a best-effort basis and supports SVG, PNG, JPG, WebP and PDF exchange. Collaboration is a preview. Test a copy of your design first.

Is this xflow-lab/figcraft or a hosted FigCraft copy?

This guide covers storytold/figcraft. xflow-lab/figcraft is unrelated. figcraft.net-style hosted copies are unofficial third-party sites; the name alone does not identify the official build.
